I have always been in this world. Now I work in it differently.

Before real estate, I spent seven years in outsourced accounting focused on property and investment, and two more in multinationals and start-ups. When I started sourcing property, the structure of deals and the numbers behind decisions were already familiar. Moving into property consulting was the natural next step.

Raised between Lisbon and Setúbal, trained in numbers.

Where it started

I grew up between Lisbon and the Setúbal district, which means I have spent my whole life in the geography I now work in. I graduated in Accounting and Administration at ISCAL and did a one-year audit internship. In 2014 I qualified as a certified accountant with the Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados.

What followed was seven years of outsourced accounting, focused on real estate and investment, across several companies at the same time. You learn quickly to read very different financial structures, cost models and ways of deciding. You gain a fluency that goes beyond knowing the rules: you learn to see what the numbers really say. I also spent two years in multinationals and start-ups, where I had to touch human resources as well.

The real estate years

I worked directly with investors and developers, managing their financial reporting, their cash flow, and their tax obligations, sitting inside their operations at the level where the real decisions were made: not the public announcements, not the brochures, but the actual financial reality of how major real estate assets are acquired, developed, and exited.

I watched deals move and understood why some worked and others did not. I saw what serious investors look for in an asset and what a developer needs, from buying the land to the final sale. I learned it by handling the numbers behind all of it.

The transition

Moving into real estate consulting was not a plan I made one day; it evolved. The more I understood about how this industry works from the inside, the clearer it became that there was a space I could fill, bringing genuine financial rigour to real estate transactions and managing them end to end. I had the background, the network, and the knowledge; the question was whether I was ready to build something of my own.

The answer, when it came, had more than one reason behind it: financial independence, the freedom to work on my own terms, and the ability to be present for my daughters in a way that a conventional career structure had never allowed. None of those reasons was more important than the others; they were all part of the same decision.

How I work now

I operate through RE/MAX Collection Valor, which gives every transaction I manage full legal backing and professional infrastructure. The approach, the standards, and the client relationships are entirely mine.

I built this practice to grow, in clients, in team, and in the quality of service I can offer. The standard I hold myself to is not a function of how many clients I have, but of how I work. Every client gets my full attention, my honest assessment, and my complete commitment to seeing the process through. I will tell you what I think, including when what I think is not what you want to hear: that is not a personality trait, it is the only way I know how to work.

The background behind the practice.

The rigour I offer rests on formal training, professional certification and years of real financial work alongside investors and developers in Portugal. These are not marketing promises, they are the basis of everything I do.

Wondering what you can expect from every mandate I take on? Three things are always true.

I tell you what I think.

Not what you want to hear, nor the answer most likely to close the deal. If an asset does not work financially, I will tell you that clearly and explain why. If a pricing strategy is wrong, I will say so; if the timing is not right, I will recommend waiting. Honesty is not a value I subscribe to in principle: it is how I operate in every conversation.

I do the work properly.

There are no shortcuts in how I approach a mandate. Every asset I assess gets a thorough financial evaluation. Every client conversation gets my full preparation and attention. Every transaction I manage is coordinated personally from first contact to completion. I built this practice around a simple standard: every mandate is handled with the same rigour and personal attention, regardless of size or complexity.

I stay until it is done.

I do not hand over a lead and move on, nor do I disappear when a transaction gets complicated. The mandates I take on are my responsibility until the deed is signed, which means coordinating lawyers, managing delays, renegotiating when circumstances change, and keeping clients informed at every step. That is what end-to-end management actually means.

I did not choose this market. I grew up in it.

I was born in Lisbon and spent most of my life between the city and the Setúbal district, one of the most beautiful and underestimated stretches of Portugal's coastline. This is not a market I studied. It is a place I know from the inside, in the way that only comes from having lived in it.

That familiarity matters professionally. I understand the geography, the neighbourhood dynamics, the infrastructure decisions that affect property values, and the cultural context that shapes how transactions happen here. When I assess an asset in this market, I am not working from a report. I am working from knowledge that has been built over a lifetime.

If you want a consultant who will tell you the truth and see it through, let us talk.

Whether you are an investor, a seller, or a developer, the first conversation is always honest and always without obligation. Tell me what you are working on and I will tell you clearly whether and how I can help.

Numbers don't lie. Neither do I.
