Before real estate, I spent years in accounting, including two in multinationals and start-ups, where I also handled human resources matters and processes involving the legalisation of foreign workers. Legal language is not foreign to me, which is why I can coordinate with lawyers without anything getting lost along the way.
I do not give legal advice. When it is needed, I work with lawyers I have direct contact with, and their opinion is the one that counts.
