(IMPIC, I.P.). All mediation activities are conducted in compliance with Portuguese Law 15/2013 of 8 February and its subsequent amendments governing real estate mediation in Portugal. Commission fees are subject to VAT at the applicable legal rate. Clients are entitled to receive a written mediation agreement before any services are formally engaged.
